All our Condos are owned by private owners, and rented via the Resort. At Sand Dollar, every condo faces the ocean. All rooms are situated to catch the trade winds and the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

(Note on air-conditioning: Certain one, two and three bedroom units also have air conditioning available in the living areas which may be turned on (upon request only) for an additional charge of $10.00 per day, payable on island. Studios are fully air conditioned.

The kitchens are equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee pot, blender and toaster plus dishes and cookware. virtual tours

All our Condos have nearly everything you need. Boasting the most spacious and comfortable studio, one, two and three bedroom ocean view condominiums on the island. In addition to full size kitchens, dining and living areas, and roomy porches or balconies, the condos have color cable televisions, in-room safe, and spacious bathroom(s).

All windows and doors have screens, and offer parking areas directly in front of the condo!

Wireless Internet is available throughout the property for a nominal fee.

One bedroom with one queen size bed.
Private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, spacious living room and dining area, porch or balcony. One bedrooms are available on both the ground level and on the second floor. Sleeps a maximum of two adults and two children. click for image layout

Two Bedroom Condominium

Bedroom with one king size bed, second bedroom with twin beds. Two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, spacious living room and dining area, porch or balcony. Sleeps a maximum of four adults and two children. The two bedroom apartments come in a single level style (available on the ground level or second floor) or townhouse style. All townhouses have entrances on the second floor, where the kitchen, living/dining room and a powder room is located. The bedrooms and main bathroom are located on the 3rd floor. Property Amenities
 

The Sand Dollar property features a number amenities on property including several access ladders to the ocean, a seaside grilling area, lighted tennis courts, Eddy's Restaurant and Pool Bar, to-die-for ice cream parlor, mini-mart, internet café, gift shop and day spa. 

There are also several new shops and services available adjacent to or across the street from the property, including Bonaire Dive & Adventure, Sunset Bar & Grill Restaurant, a brand new state of the art fitness center, a drug store, the Eli Deli, and an excellent wine, liquor and souvenir store.
