our steep ladder with a new
stairway that allows for a smooth, slow
ascent or descent with secure footholds.
Bonaire's shallow reefs offer superb opportunities for snorkeling, with none being better than our house reef, Bari Reef. Not only do we have wide, shallow underwater terraces teeming with colorful fish, but also the island's only Reef Ball Project.
Airline Update
Insel Air is now offering direct jet service each Wednesday and Saturday from Charlotte, NC to Curacao, with connections available to Bonaire. The flights leave Charlotte at 2:55 pm and arrive in Curacao at 7:10 pm with a connecting flight leaving Curacao at 9:30 pm arriving in Bonaire at 9:55 pm. A low introductory round trip fare starting at $366.70 including all taxes, and also the Bonaire airport departure tax.
The sale is valid for travel through December 15, 2011.
Other options for air travel to Bonaire include Saturday direct flights on Insel Air from Miami to Bonaire. MIA-BON Outbound Flight #908 departs MIA at 3:55 pm and arrives in Bonaire at 6:55 pm, the return flight #907 departs Bonaire at 11:25 AM and arrives in Miami at 2:25 pm, offering plenty of time to make late afternoon connecting flights.
